We are so sorry to hear there is something wrong with your product and will do our best to fix any issues. Please get in touch to specify the concern and we will either send you a replacement product or provide a refund.

We will need proof of the damage or fault, so please take a photo of the product issue in its original packaging, and email us the details.

Make sure you follow the simple steps to keep your swimwear clean:

• Hand wash you swimwear in cold soapy water, rinse after.
• Do not wash in warm or hot water.
• Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean your swimwear.
• Make sure after leaving the beach that all sand is removed from the swimwear as this can dry out the fabric.
• Store in a dry place.
• Avoid contact with sunscreens, oils & chlorine- this may cause the colour to fade and damage the material.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces.

As for the difference between full bum and cheeky Brazilian swimsuit designs, the full bum design provides more coverage to the backside area. These designs typically cover the entire buttocks, providing more modesty and comfort. On the other hand, the cheeky Brazilian design offers less coverage, revealing more of the buttocks area in a stylish and fashionable way. These designs promote a modern and sexy look, perfect for mamas who want to show off their curves and feel confident.

• Our sizes run in five standard sizes. Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large.
• All pieces are standard sizing unless advised on the item description.
• We suggest reading all swimwear item descriptions online to avoid ordering the wrong size.
• All our swimwear are strechable and will fit you during your pregnancy and breastfeeding-journey.
